Booking Policies and Terms

In line with Yamamah Al-Madinah Transportation Services’ commitment to providing the highest level of service, the following booking policies and terms apply:

1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once all required client details are received completely and accurately. Confirmation is subject to full or partial payment as agreed. The company reserves the right to cancel any unpaid or incomplete booking.

2. Booking Information
The client is responsible for providing accurate booking details. The company shall not be liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Modification Policy
Bookings may be modified at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled trip, subject to availability.

4. Cancellation Policy
24 hours prior: No charges apply
6 hours prior: 30% of the booking value will be charged

5. Waiting Time Policy
Airports: 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time, then SAR 100 per additional hour
Other locations: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time, then SAR 100 per additional hour

6. Client Obligations
Clients must maintain the condition of the vehicle and shall bear the cost of any damages resulting from misuse.

7. Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control.

8. General Terms
Completing a booking constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
